Two annoyances fixed with Mumbai version 2.1.1.603

The last update broke retrieval of trace files from Unicode platforms and the host input field in the connection manager was a bit hidden (when using Easy Connect), so here is a small update to mainly fix these two problems:

Changes for 2.1.1.603:

  • Copied the host field in the connection manager to the top where it belongs
  • Fixed retrieval of trace files from Unicode platforms (trace file showed up empty)
  • F5 now refreshes the current view (now actually from the DB, not just a screen update…)
  • The data tab on the table details view fetched all records
  • Application icon now turns red when there are active queries

  1. nabil says:

    – Can you add “awr top sql : disk read” and “statspack top sql : disk read”
    – Add my own title and export graph to gif, png

    good tools.
    thanks

  2. Top SQL by disk reads for SP and AWR is already implemented for the next release. Export to png, too, but you will have to add your own title manually afterwards.

  3. nabil says:

when you choose “AWR Wait Events” and “Average Active Sessions”, the value of AAS is always : AAS for JJ/MM/AAA HH24:MI:SS X / Y = 0

Can you add in “AWR Top Sql” and “SP Top SQL” :
    “disk read”,
    “Elapsed time / Exe”,
    “CPU time / exe”,
    “buffer gets /exe”,
    “disk read / exe”

    • > when you choose “AWR Wait Events” and “Average Active Sessions”, the value of AAS is always : AAS for JJ/MM/AAA HH24:MI:SS X / Y = 0

You mean in the yellow hint window? Do you have a screenshoz of this?

      > Can you add in “AWR Top Sql” and “SP Top SQL” :
      > “disk read”,

As I already said, it’ in the next release.

      > “Elapsed time / Exe”,
      > “CPU time / exe”,
      > “buffer gets /exe”,
      > “disk read / exe”

      I’ll look into it.
